The year has come to an end for Linking Generations Volunteer Grandparent program.
Our treasured Volunteer Grandparents taught our younger student generation how to grow beans, tomato plants, and flowers. Learned Arabic calligraphy art and how to write their name in arabic.
The Volunteer Grandparents shared their stories, wisdom, and experiences with our younger generations. Reading stories to the whole classroom, having a student read a story to the senior, help students who are having difficulty with an assignment.
Teaching students how to knit, and how to touch dance.
The list goes on.
