Linking Generations was pleasantly thrilled and very surprised to be presented with a Community Partnership Award from Chartwell Emerald Hills on Friday July 14th, 2023.
The Linking Generations program has been operating at Chartwell Emerald Hills for over two years, linking students from Lakeland Ridge Junior High School with the residents of Chrtwell. On behalf of all of us at Linking Generations, THANK YOU Chartwell Emerald Hills!!
