St. Nicholas Elementary School offered our Sherwood Care seniors an afternoon of pure joy
Our young students from St. Nicholas Elementary School offered our Sherwood Care seniors an afternoon of pure joy, youthful energy, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Seniors at Sherwood Care celebrated Autumn with our St Nicholas Elementary students
People love autumn because the comfortable temperatures, cozy routines, and changing scenery offer a welcome mental and physical reset after summer.
For some, Autumn signals a change in seasons.
For our seniors at Sherwood Care, we celebrated Autumn by creating a Thanksgiving Tree, followed by some of our favorite math games with our St Nicholas Elementary students.

The Wait is Over: Our Programs Resume This Month
We hope everyone had a wonderful, relaxing summer! After a brief summer hiatus, Linking Generations is thrilled to announce that our full lineup of programs have officially started at our various senior facilities. This week our St Nicholas students brought smiles and laughter to Sherwood Care seniors.
We are also excited to welcome back all of our 90+ Volunteer Grandparents, both returning and new, who will spend time this year helping students read or complete school assignments while sharing their past stories and experiences.
We cannot wait to see your familiar faces and we welcome new members to our community.
