What would be your “dream” community park look like ?
As teams , our students and seniors spent time designing, building and discussing this task.
Questions asked of each other:
- Will this park be attractive to all community members?
- Where will it be located and why? Is it easily accessible?
- What will be the best configuration for such a park?
- What amenities will it need to include? (Is there a washroom, playground, flowers, skateboard park, walker/wheel chair friendly access etc?)
- What will we name this park and why?
- If the park had a slogan, what would it be?
