It was a wonderful surprise to see the treasured items the seniors brought to this visit to share with their students. Treasured memory albums, and even antique items passed down from generation to generation. A history book from one of the students on her 4th great grandfather: Malcom Groat (Groat Road).
At the end of the visit, students participated in a game called ‘Then and Now’. Captured are students from Lakeland Ridge Junior high and seniors from SilverBirch Manor, along with students from St. Theresa Junior High and seniors from Bedford Village Seniors Residence.
