Seniors from Summerwood Seniors Residence have a wild and crazy afternoon of Balloon Volleyball with our Junior High Students from Ecole Our Lady of Perpetual Help School!!!!
It is wonderful to witness our seniors enjoying themselves and becoming active again ! It was especially heart warming when one of our seniors was laughing so hard because he accidentally hit his young student on the head with the balloon. We can see that although they are seniors, they have the desire and will to W-I-N! We even had one senior who left her walker behind to return to play volleyball with her students rather than sit and enjoy ice cream!
