Thank you Minister Pon for recognising the contribution Linking Generations is making to our community seniors.
This award validates that our programs are incredibly unique and do help ease the loneliness that seniors face. It is our utmost purpose to help fill this essential need for emotional connections and we want to provide seniors with a sense of contributing to society. Not only do we also help to develop responsible citizenship for youth, we help our youth recognize the importance of respecting and cherishing our elders.
On behalf of our Linking Generations Board of Director’s, our program staff, our program funders, and our participating students and seniors, this award will be treasured and spoke of often.
