Seniors from Sherwood Care had an afternoon of fun and silliness playing Balloon Volleyball with our Linking Generations Bev Facey High School students.
It is wonderful to witness our seniors enjoying themselves and becoming active again !
It is amazing to see that although they are seniors, they have the desire and will to W-I-N!
