Seniors love spring teas because they offer a blend of comforting, sensory-rich, and health-conscious experiences that align perfectly with the transition into warmer weather.
Each year, Ecole Our Lady of Perpetual Help School invites seniors from Heartland Housing’s Silver Birch Lodge to a Spring Tea, hosted in the school library.
Seniors experience the joy of being back in a school, and visit with their linked student participant outside the seniors’ facility.
With the addition of two games, hosted by our partner school, there was laughter and joy for all involved.
A special Thank You to The County of Strathcona Family Community Services and Inter Pipeline for their support of this event.
